Déjà voyager dans cet hôtel très bien placé proche de la place Jemaa al fna 10 min à pied. Tres bon petit déjeuner, personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Chambre correct pour le rapport qualité prix. Piscine et jardin très paisible. Je recommande

踩大雷，本以為四星級沒那麼差！結果果然和差評一樣，太可怕的地方了，有史以來住的最差的，30年前的裝修和設定，整個樓裡充滿著陳年臭味，給我的房間是最差的角落房，看評論説，其他國人也遇到這種情況，區別對待，房間面對停車場，早上看，原來是有其他朝向的，給中國人的最差。態度更差，多收城市稅費，所有人都是黑臉，沒有水，一瓶15元。趕緊逃離了

衝著四星評分低也不會太差去的，結果很失望。 照例前台又給了走廊盡頭的房間（或許是訂房網站專享？）。進房間有點驚訝，看起來像村鎮老舊招待所，牆面開裂、窗簾歪斜，僅有的傢俱也很破舊隨意。索性找前台換了一間，但還都是同樣的結果。陽台門彎曲，漏風，百葉的窗玻璃有點散架，縫 隙不小。晚上8度的氣溫還是有點冷。雖然有空調，但結果是兩個人都感冒了... 看評價對毛巾的清潔度有心理準備，但還是嚇一跳。有客人拿這毛巾另作它用有點能理解的😓 應該挺好的陽台卻是個坑，請直接看照片吧，放了個靠枕就散架，幸好沒人坐上去... 早餐單調，但能吃飽，全靠有台微波爐，能吃上溫的

Love location and quiet for sleeping. Swimming pool and garden was lovely. Bit old but we didn't care much of it. Very friendly staff who gave us an assistance for fixing our day tour from other company.

One of the worst hotels iv stayed in. The staff are rude and do not care about hospitality in the slightest. Breakfast is diplorable and comparable to a prison canteen. They dont even provide water at breakfast. The cleaners entered my room whilst i was in it without knocking. They took away the towels so I couldnt even shower in the morning. No apology was given. They also state that check in is 2.30pm when the hotel booking clearly states 2pm. They are scammers Avoid the hotel.

The state of the bathroom and colour of the tap water were foul. No amenities beyond 2 small bars of cheap soap. Pillows were rock hard and breakfast is best avoided should you not fancy a tour of Marrakech’s public toilets!

第二次入住，酒店環境不錯，就是設施陳舊，這次給的二樓比一樓好。酒店位置交通便利，去景點大部分步行可到達。
